DVR is Freezing or Tiling on Playback
Description
The picture on playback of a recorded video freezes, or the picture shows blocking
or tiling (macroblocking).
Possible Causes
External signal interference
A problem with the signal strength or signal level exists
Software (code) may be out-of-date
