The Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance product allows network operators to monitor and throubleshoot their
voice and video networks. It provides tools to troubleshoot video sessions and diagnostic tests to proactively find
issues in the network before users experience them. It also has comprehensive reporting and notification
capabilities.
