Video Quality Issues
If there are video quality issues such as they are choppy when being played:

Check the quality of the HDMI Cable by connecting it to another device.

Check output is set to HDMI.

Frozen or Dark Screen
If the entire screen is frozen or dark, the “No signal” error is displayed on the screen, or the user is

Kinetic Scrolling Not Working
Kinetic scrolling only works if the content is on the whole page, for example, a website is the startup
