b.
Go to Service Item Manager > Manage Standards > Service Options > Agent Configuration.
The list of all the NSAPI agents display. 
c.
Go to Service Link drop down and Click Manage Integrations.
d.
Select NSAPI agent and its outbound Properties. 
e.
In outbound Properties select HttpOutboundAdapter.RoutingURL and change the localhost:8080 to Request 
Center Server name and its Port or LoadBalancer Server name and its Port.
f.
The NSAPI agents have to be restarted.
5.
For managing CPO connections:
a.
Use Setup > System Settings > Connections > Manage PO connections > Create, rather than using Connect 
to Cisco Process Orchestrator. 
b.
Enter a separate Request Center and Service Link URL.
c.
Under Cisco Prime Service Catalog Connection Settings there can be a separate Request Center and Service 
Link Host names and Port numbers for each. 
Note:
 The Request Center Hostname can point to the Loadbalancer hostname and port if the user has a loadbalancer 
setup for Request Center.
Field
Description
Host Name
Enter the name of the Host or IP address.
Port
Enter the Port number. By default, this is 61527.
Protocol
Select the Protocol from drop–down list. By default, this is NTLM.
PO Location
Enter the location of datacenter, where the platform element is to be 
located.
Friendly Name
Enter Friendly Name for the Cisco Process Orchestrator connection.
User Name
Enter the user name.
User Domain
Enter the domain name.
User Password
Enter the user password.
Use SSL
Check this check box to connect PO using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Request Center Host Name
Enter the Request Center Host Name.
Request Center Port
Enter the Request Center Port. By default, this is 8080.
Access RC via SSL
Check this check box to connect Request Center using Secure Sockets 
Layer (SSL).
Ignore RC Certificate Errors
Check this check box to ignore Request Center Certificate errors.
Service Link Host Name
Enter the Service Link Host Name.
Service Link Port
Enter the Service Link Port number. By default, this is 6080.
Access SL via SSL
Check this check box to connect Service Link using Secure Sockets 
Layer (SSL).
Ignore SL Certificate Errors
Check this check box to ignore Service Link Certificate errors.
