VCS configuration
In VCS, go to the Unified CM neighbor zone and:
1. Change the Advanced Zone profile from Cisco Unified Communications Manager to Custom.

Unified CM configuration
In the SIP profiles used by devices and by the SIP trunk to VCS, select Allow Presentation Sharing using

On Unified CM:
1. Go to
Device > Device Settings > SIP Profile
.
2. Select the Standard SIP Profile For Cisco VCS profile.
3. Select the check box by Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP.
4. Click Apply Config and click OK.
5. Repeat for the Standard SIP Profile for phone devices profile.
You can now test BFCP operation.
