Logic Pro 7.2.1 is a maintenance release that addresses isolated reliability issues. It also
improves compatibility with Intel Macs, third-party control surfaces, and compressed
file formats.

Logic Pro 7.2 introduced direct playback of compressed audio files (see the New
Features in Logic Pro 7.2 document for details). Logic Pro 7.2.1 adds direct playback of
MP3 files in the following format:
