When a paper jam occurs, the 

POWER

light flashes orange and the printer beeps two or

three times. If possible, remove the jammed sheet. Slowly pull the paper out either from
the paper feed side or the paper output side, whichever is easier. Now press 

.

If the paper tears off inside the printer, turn off the printer. Open the printer’s cover, and
remove the paper left inside the printer.

If you cannot remove the jammed paper, press the 

button twice for one second to

eject the jammed paper automatically. Start the print job and try again.

If you are printing high density graphics when a paper jam occurs, feed at least
two sheets of paper through the printer to clean the rollers.
