Printing the Confidential Reception List

Follow the procedure below to print a list of documents received in the confidential
mailbox.

Press [FAX].

lights, and the Fax Basic Features screen appears.

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels

➞ press

[Report].

The REPORT menu appears on the display.

Press [F3] (

▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <05 CONF. MAILBOX

LIST>

➞ press [OK].

Each time you press

▼) or

(

▲), the next or previous menu

option becomes highlighted.

The Fax Basic Features screen returns, and the list of the documents in the
confidential mailbox is printed.
