Countermeasure for improving the detection of an HDMI Monitor.
Symptom:
In some instances the unit will fail to detect the HDMI monitor. This
error can occur at the low temperatures, the following similar phenomenon
occurs when the voltage on the terminal for detecting the connection of the HDMI
of the connected Monitor is low.
