sending DTMF tones dur-

ing browsing. Choose if 

you want to confirm be-

fore the phone sends DT-

MF tones during a voice 

call.

Digitally signed docu-

ments can be saved to the 

phone. 

If the security indicator is 

displayed during a WAP 

session, data transmission 

between phone and WAP 

gateway is secure and 

encrypted.

Note
This does not mean that communication 

between phone and content server (where 

the requested resource is stored) is secure. 

It’s up to the service provider to secure the 

path between gateway and content server.
