Using the directory and lists

While the number is being transferred 
from the answering machine list (depend-

Copying a number or E-mail address 
from the directory 
In many operating situations, you can 
open the directory to copy a number or 
E-mail address, for example. Your handset 
need not be in idle status.

Viewing missed anniversaries
In idle status, you are reminded of an 
elapsed and unacknowledged anniversary 
by the one-off display of 
Appoint.

You now have the following options:
SMS
Write an SMS (depending on 
base station).
Delete
Delete reminder.
After deleting, press the

You can also view missed anniversaries 
Voice dialling
You can dial numbers from the directory 
by speaking the name. In order for your 
handset to "recognise" you, you must 
record a voice pattern for each name, i.e. 
loudly say the name into the handset and 
store it.
In addition, (depending on the base sta-
tion), you can set your handset so that it 
announces the caller's name when an 
external call is received, instead of playing 
a ringtone.
Note:
Reminder calls require a time stamp. If you 
select a visual signal, then a time stamp is not 
required and is automatically set to 00.00.
