Front lid

Unlocking front lid

f Operate the pull-button A next to the driver's 

seat.

The compartment for the roof panels is illumi-

nated when the lid is opened.

The front lid can also be opened using the radio 

remote control.
f Please observe the chapter “KEYS” on 

Page 19.

f Please observe the chapter “LOAD SWITCH-

OFF AFTER TWO HOURS OR FIVE DAYS” on 

Page 156.

Opening front lid

f Raise lid slightly and unlatch the safety catch 

with the lever (arrow).

Closing front lid

f Lower the lid and press with both hands (left 

and right from the crest).

f Check that the lid has correctly engaged in the 

lock.

The warning light in the instrument panel comes 

on if the lids are not completely closed.
f Fully close the lid.

one of the lids is not secured properly, please 

stop immediately in a suitable place and close 

it. 

The front lid may fly up impairing vision.
