I edited ID3 tags in WADM, but
the screen does not show the
updated ID3 tags.What shall I
do?
• Go to File Refresh Content to refresh the WADM.
• Restart WADM.
Backup function no longer
works.
This is because the previously backed up file was deleted in
Windows Explorer. Do not delete the file in this way. If you
want to delete the back up file, please use WADM to
manage.
If the backup file is accidentally deleted, please find the file
named YOURMAC.inx by using search tool of your Explorer
and then delete it.
Only after that you can do a backup again.
I have problem installing
WADM or after installation, I
cannot launch WADM.
• Please make sure your Operating System is either
Windows 2000 with service pack 4 and above, or
Windows XP.
• Please check if your PC has a virus.
I see the message “Check the
internet setup for Gracenote
online” even though I am sure
that the WAC3500 is
connected to my home
wireless network with internet
connection.
• Please go to Menu Settings Network Internet
to check if your DNS server is correctly set up. Also make
sure that you have set up the proxy server, if your home
wireless network needs a proxy server for the internet
connection.
• There is a chance that you are already successfully
connected to Gracenote® online, but your CD is not in
their database.
