Answering system
The answering system can answer and
record calls for you when you are
unavailable to answer the phone. You
can also record phone conversations
(page 22).
You can also set the unit to play a
greeting message but not to record
caller messages. Select “Greeting
Only” as the recording time setting

The total recording capacity (including

Call screening
While a caller is leaving a message, you
can listen to the call through the
handset’s speaker. To adjust the
speaker volume, push the joystick up or
down repeatedly. You can answer the
call by pressing {C} on the handset.
