To add a label for the alarm, tap Label. Enter the name and tap OK.

2.  Set the length of the timer. 

3.  Tap 

  to begin the timer.

  to pause the timer. To resume, tap

To record a lap while the watch is running, tap

  again to record another new lap. 

3.  Tap 

  to pause the stopwatch. To resume, tap

  to reset the stopwatch.
