6. Use the number pads to enter the power
level.
7. Touch COOK pad once.
8. Touch number pads to enter desired
cooking time.
9. Touch POWER pad .
10. Use the number pads to enter the power
level.
11. Touch START/STOP pad to confirm.
Note: Defrost cooking just can be set in the
first stage.

PEED DEFROST
1.
Touch SPEED DEFROST pad.
2.
Enter desired defrosting time by
touching correct number pads (The
maximum time you can enter is 99
minutes and 99 seconds).

Touch START/STOP.
NOTE:
gDuring defrosting program, the system will
pause and sound beeps to remind user to
turn food over, and then press START/STOP
to resume the defrosting.
gAfter setting SPEED DEFROST, oven can
be programmed to automatically switch to
one or two-stage cooking.
gFor speed defrost and one stage cooking,
follow steps above. Before touching
START/STOP, touch COOK, enter time and
power level and then touch START/STOP.
gFor speed defrost and two stage cooking,
follow steps above. Before touching
START/STOP, touch COOK, enter two-stage
cooking program.
