1. no output on TV: 

Please make sure HDMI connection is ok. 

Please make sure HDMI port is correct 

 

2. cannot boot: 

Please make sure power adapter connection is ok. 

Please make sure voltage for power supply is stable. 

 

3. no internet connection: 

Please make sure wifi connection is ok and password is correct. 

Please make sure IP is correct. 

 

4. no response to keyboard 

Please make sure power supply for keyboard is OK. 

Please make sure there is no obstacle between signal interaction    parts of    key board 

and device. 

Please make sure the distance between device and keyboard is within 10 meters.
