WARRANTEE

All FlashDio

™ comes with limited warrantee against defective materials or

workmanship for a period of one year. This warrantee is only valid upon presentation of

a dated proof of original purchase from an authorized reseller or retailer of FlashDio

products.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

This limited warrantee does not cover losses or damages, which occur in shipment to or

from the reseller, or due to:

1. Improper installation, maintenance, misuse, neglect, or any cause other than ordinary

commercial or industrial application;

2. Adjustment, repair, or modifications by anyone other than authorized personnel of

FlashDio

™;

3. Improper environment, extreme temperatures, electrical power failures, surges, or

other irregularities.
