7. When the Choose Finger win-

dow appears, tap the dotted area 
above the finger you want to 
enroll. A red arrow appears 
above the selected finger, which 
means this finger is the one you 
are enrolling. 

Capturing Your Fingerprint 

8. Tap Next.
9. When the Capture Fingerprint window 

appears, position your finger over the 
swipe sensor and gently pull down. 
When a capture is successful, a green 
fingerprint appears in the capture area. 

If the capture is unsuccessful, a red 
fingerprint appears; try again.

IMPORTANT: When you swipe your finger, 
be sure it touches both the gold-colored 
finger drive ring (1) and sensor surface (2). 
Use enough pressure to fully contact these 
surfaces. 

10.Repeat the procedure as many times as prompted.

NOTE: If the fingerprint capture times out, tap 
Back. This restarts the enrollment process.
