6.  Troubleshooting Guide 
Problem: I cannot make a call after installation and reboot. 
1.  Check your Ethernet and PSTN connection to make sure that they are 
connected correctly – please refer to the earlier sections (Section 6) of 
this manual for the connection.    If these are correct, please go on to 
the following checks. 
If you are on an ADSL modem, and the LED on the ADSL modem does 
not light up, please check your ADSL modem guide from your ISP 
(Internet Service Provider) and if there are problems with the ADSL 
connection or you cannot see the phone number on the last line of the 
LCD display, please contact your ISP.  If these are not the problem, 
please press the menu button and select setup, network, PPPoE and 
check your ISP PPPoE ID and PPPoE Password and make sure that the 
information is correct and the correct case is used.  For example, 
UserNameOne should have the respective upper case alphabets for U, 
N and O and lower case for the rest of the alphabets.     
If you are on dialup low bandwidth connection.    Please press the menu 
button, select setup, modem, forward to edit profile and check your 
profile. Please check your ISP dialup number, ID and PWD and make 
sure that they are correctly setup under the modem setting in the menu 
function and the correct case is used.    Please note that for dialup, the 
modem is already internally built and do not connect this through
