Thank you for purchasing this the Teliphone. We are trying its best striving to 

provide faultless products to our consumers by manufacturing best products under 

rigorous quality control. However, in case of a factory defect in the product despite 

our efforts, however, please contact the customer service center, and our technical 

staff will take care of your problem as soon as possible. 

 

In the event that the product is found to be fatal defective, please contact us for a 

Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”) number before returning the Product, 

freight and insurance prepaid, to our designated repair facility. Before issuing an 

RMA, we will require the part number, serial number, date of purchase and a 

description of the suspected problem. 

 

Once we receive return of defective goods or sub assemblies, we will decide to 

repair or replace with new one – then we will send written notice to you containing 

(1) To Repair or Replace (2) estimated delivery date.
