8.4  FM Radio 

With the radio, you can search for radio channels, listen to them, and save them on 
your device. Note that the quality of the radio broadcast depends on the coverage of the 
radio station in that particular area. The wired headset works as an antenna, so always 
connect the headset when using the radio. When you receive an incoming call while 
listening to the radio, the radio will be turned off.

To scan for channels automatically, tap 

  >Programs >FM Radio >Menu>Auto

To adjust the volume, press the Volume Up/Down Keys or tap

To tune channels manually, tap 

 icon or 

 icon. 

• 

To add the current channel to Favorites, tap Menu> Add to Favorites. 

• 

To edit the current channel:

 Tap Edit and enter the channel name or edit the Frequency.

  Select or clear the Add to Favorites check box to add the channel to Favorites. 

¾

 Tap OK to save the channel       

• 

To view Favorites list, tap Favorites. 

• 

To delete the channel, tap Menu>Delete. 

• 

To delete all channels, tap Menu>Delete All. 

• 

To exit the FM radio, tap Menu>Exit. 

8.5  Streaming Player 

Streaming Player lets you stream live broadcasts or on-demand media content from the 
Web. The media is sent in a continuous stream to your device and is played as it arrives, 
along with the audio.

 

Access Streaming Content via Internet Explorer 
In Internet Explorer, you can open a Web page containing RTSP (Real Time Streaming 
Protocol) links to streaming media content then play the content in the Streaming Media 
program.
