Network Mode 

Use the Network mode option to select your preferred network mode: LTE/CDMA or CDMA only. 

1.  Touch 

 > 

 > Settings > More

… > Mobile networks > Network Mode. 

2.  Select one of the following options: LTE/CDMA or CDMA only. 

Adjust volumes, set up ringtone and notification sound, and select system sounds. 

Adjust volumes for media, tones, and alarms.

 > 

 > Settings > Sound > Volumes. 

2.  Adjust the volume for music, video, games, and other media, the ringtone and 

notification volume, and the alarm volume. 

3.  Touch OK to save. 

You can adjust the media volume when a media application is in use by pressing the 
Volume Buttons. If no media application is active, press the Volume Buttons to adjust 
ringtone volume (or the earpiece volume during a call).  

You can set the phone to the silent or vibration mode by using one of the following methods.

Touch 

 > 

 > Settings > Sound > Silent mode. Select Vibrate to enable 

vibration mode or Mute to enable silent mode. Touch Off to turn sound on.

Press and hold the Power Button and then touch 

 to enable the silent mode, touch 

 to enable the vibration mode, or touch 

 to disable the silent mode.

Press the Volume Buttons down when no media application is active. When the 

 

icon appears in the status bar, the phone is set to the vibration mode. When the 

 icon 

appears in the status bar, the phone is in the silent mode. 

You can select and assign a default ringtone for your incoming calls. If you want to assign a 
special ringtone for an individual contact, see 

.

 > Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone. 

2.  Scroll through the ringtone list and select the ringtone you want to use.
