engineer, further reducing downtime. Should a remote fix not be possible, then one
of our experienced engineers will arrive on-site within the required time and fix the
issue. Our global support hubs carry spares to cover all eventualities and allow the
engineers to bring the right spare parts for the job.

to the site. Options include on-site service Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to
5 p.m. or 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Should this level of service not
be required, you can choose our Advanced Replacement Service (ARS)
which will ship replacement parts or units depending on the product,
within 48 hours.
