Read with Transponder Verification 

 
If the current read value is -2 and the transponder number is not 
blank, then pressing the <ENTER> key will trigger an RF read of 
the transponder along with verification of the transponder reading 
against a visual meter reading. 
 
After pressing <ENTER>, the screen shown below will appear.
