When using the Multi-Socket Power Saver Strip and Single Socket Power Saver Adaptor  

 

remote control system in order to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury  

 

basic precautions should be followed:-

 

  •  This system is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced  

 

   

physical, sensory and mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,  

 

   

unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

 

   

appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

 

  •  Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the system

 

  •  For indoor use only. Keep away from all sources of water or moisture. Never expose  

 

   

power adaptors/power strips to the rain or dangerous gas. 

 

  •  Do not overload. The maximum load as specified for each adaptor or power strip

 

   

should not be exceeded.

 

  •  Before using this remote control system, check and make sure the electrical

 

   

appliances are correct and properly connected and installed according to the  

 

   

requirements of those appliances.

 

  •  Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.

 

  •  Do not try to repair, disassemble or modify any units of the remote control system.   

 

   

There are no user-serviceable parts.

 

  •  Do not use the remote control system for other than its intended use.

 

  •  The power adaptors and power strips are intended to be plugged in or connected to

 

   

a 220-240V ac power outlet supply.

 

  •  Arrange the power cord away from traffic areas where it will not be tripped over.

 

  •  Remove the plug of the power strip and/or power adaptor from the power outlet

 

   

before cleaning with a dry cloth. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the power  

 

   

outlet. Never pull the cord to remove the plug.

 

  •  The power adaptors and power strips will get warm during operation.

 

   

Keep in cool dry place and do not cover.

Discard any power strip if the supply cord is damaged.

 

•  Remove Plastic Tab from Remote Control Unit

 

•  Plug Multi Socket into wall mains power socket

 

•  Press the coding button on Multi Socket once and the round light will slowly flash

 

•  Press one of the numbered buttons on the Remote Control once 

 

•  The Multi Socket and Remote Control will synchronise automatically on channel

  

number 

selected

 

•  Remove Plastic Tab from Remote Control Unit

 

•  Plug Individual Socket Control Power Saver Strip into wall mains power socket

 

•  Press the coding button on Power Saver Strip once and the red light will slowly flash

 

•  Then press the ALL OFF button on the Remote Control once

 

•  The Multi Socket and Remote Control will synchronise automatically (1  1, 2  2, 3  3, 4    4)

 

•  Press and hold the CODING button on the respective Power Strip or Adaptor for

 

 

6 seconds to clear synchronisation codes

 

•  Power Saver Strips and Power Saver Adaptors include an ON/OFF button on the units  

 

 

that can be used in place of the Remote Control

 

• 

Control multiple Multi Sockets  

 

 

and/or Adaptors from one to five  

 

 

Remote Control units  

 

  simultaneously.

 

• 

One press on the corresponding

Control will activate the ON/OFF
