Warranty Policy

 

 

4  Warranty Policy

 

4.1  We provide exchange in 30 days for any quality problems found in the CMT 

Cube from the date of shipment. 

4.2  The CMT Cube is warranted for 1 year from the date of shipment. 

The following circumstances will void the warranty:

 

A.  The damage is caused by water, acid or corrosion, etc.

 

B.  The damage due to operator's misuse including physical damaging, PCB burn-

out, or chips burn-out.

 

C.  The CMT Cube is disassembled, repaired or the components are changed and 

replaced unauthorized by CyberMiles.

 

D.  The damage due to lightning, high voltage, inferior power supplies or the USB 

cable not provided by us.

 

E.  The physical damage caused in transit.

 

F.  Force majeure factor.

 

G.  SN label on the Cube is damaged badly and cannot be scanned.

 

We will provide paid repair services if any of the above happened. Please refer to the 

warranty details on:

 

 

Warning: Damages caused by connecting any other devices to the Cube will not be 

included in the above warranty items 4.1 and 4.2.

 

The final interpretation and amendment of the warranty policy is owned by CyberMiles.

 

 

 

Warning:

 

The wrong type of battery may cause explosion, please don't disassemble or modify it 
by yourself.

 

Discard the battery properly. Please refer to the local disposal regulations.
