The Metal Wall Speaker, Model V-1052C shall consist of a 45 ohm speaker, amplifier  with > 600 ohm input

impedance, volume control, and sloped baffle. The speaker, housing and hardware shall be electrically and acoustically
matched for a  frequency response of 80 Hz to 15 kHz.

The speaker element shall be cone type with 5 oz (142 g) ceramic magnet.  Diameter of speaker cone shall be 8.0"

(20.32 cm).  Voice coil diameter shall be .75" (1.91 cm).  Voice coil impedance shall be  45 ohm.

The amplifier shall have a frequency response of 80 Hz to 15 kHz.  Amplifier audio input impedance shall be > 600

ohm. Amplifier audio input shall be -10 dBM line level.  Distortion shall be less than 1.5% at rated output of 1 watt RMS.
Signal to noise ratio shall be -70 dB.  The amplifier shall operate on a -24 Vdc nominal, positive ground power supply.
Operating current shall be 50 mA at -24 Vdc.  Operating temperature shall be -4 to +131 °F (-20 to +55 °C).

A screwdriver adjustable volume control shall be provided on the unit.  This volume control shall be externally

accessible, making it possible to adjust volume level of speaker without removal of unit.

The baffle shall be constructed of  steel with a durable powder coated gray finish with detachable black cloth grille.

The enclosure shall be paintable to match any decor.

Maximum dimensions of the housing shall be10.13” (25.73 cm) H x 12.31” (31.27 cm) W x 4.63” (11.75 cm) D.

Approximate weight is 4.25 lbs (1.91 kg).

Valcom, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use and

service for a period of one year from the date of shipment.  The obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement, repair
or refund of any such defective device within the warranty period, provided that:

1.  inspection by Valcom, Inc. indicates the validity of the claim,

2.  the defect is not the result of damage, misuse, or negligence after the original shipment,

3.  the product has not been in any way repaired by others and that factory sealed units are unopened.
    (A service charge plus parts and labor will be applied to units defaced or physically damaged).

4.  freight charges for the return of products to Valcom, Inc. are prepaid,

5.  all units “out of warranty” are subject to a service charge.  The service charge will cover minor repairs
    (major repairs will be subject to additional charges for parts and labor).

This warranty specifically excludes damage incurred in shipment.  In the event a product is received in damaged condition,

the carrier should be notified immediately.  Claims for such damage should be filed with the carrier involved in accordance with the
F.O.B. point.
