1. 

From the Start menu, right-click Network, then click Properties. Now, the Network and 
Sharing Center displays.

Under Tasks located on the left-hand side of the window, click Manage network connec-
tions.

In Network Connections window displays, right click on the correct Local Area Connec-
tion, then click Properties.

 

 

 

4. 

Pop-up window displays that states Windows needs your permission to continue. Click 
Continue to open the Local Area Connection Properties window
