Ultra low temperature without bain-marie. Very mild heat to keep the 
food warm.
300 W - 400 W
Constant temperature. Slow and very stable heat.

The most commonly used positions. Recommended for boiling and 
browning as the heat is more intense.
1,500 W - 2,000 W
Very intense heat, useful for frying and searing food, thus leaving it
