This appendix provides information about the interface options of the library 

and the tape drives. 

The StorageLoader 2U LTO has a standard SCSI interface through the tape 

drives, via the Automation/Drive Interface - Command (ADC), which support 

the commands in this section. 

The library communicates with the host through the SCSI interface of the 

tape drive(s) via the ADI serial interface. The SCSI interface as seen by the 

host is the SCSI interface of the tape drive. The library is shown as LUN 1 

of the tape drive’s SCSI ID.
