Factory Default Settings

You can use the Reset button located on the rear of the wireless access point to reset all 
settings to their factory defaults. This is called a hard reset. 

To perform a hard reset, use a sharp object to push and hold the Reset button for 
approximately 5 seconds (until the Test LED blinks rapidly). This returns the wireless access 
point to the factory configuration settings that are shown in the following table.

Pressing the Reset button for a shorter period of time simply causes 

the wireless access point to reboot.

• Remote configuration and management through the web management interface, 

through SNMP, or through Telnet or SSH with the command-line interface (CLI)

• SNMP management supports SNMP MIB I, MIB II, 802.11 MIB and proprietary 

configuration MIB

Maximum clients

Limited by the amount of wireless network traffic generated by each node; a 
maximum of 64 clients is supported.
