The default setting is 2 Adc for fast-charge current and 0.2 Adc for precharge current.
In the bq24170, once the voltage on OVPSET is above the 1.6-V ACOV threshold or below the 0.5-V
ACUV threshold, the charge is disabled, and the battery is switched to the system instead of the adapter.
