Atmel FLIP (FLexible In-system Programmer) is a flexible PC-application which lets
the user program and configure Atmel's microcontroller devices in-system. This is a
serial-based ISP programming utility that uses a preprogrammed bootloader in the
microcontroller. It allows the user to program hexadecimal files into the “Application
Flash Section” or set the security bits.
