Defines how many bytes of additional parameters the command contains. In this case it’s value 
should be 4 (for the eepromsize, signalpagel and signalbs2 parameters). The STK500 may 
accept more parameters in later revisions.

EEPROM page size in bytes.

signalpagel

Defines to which port pin the PAGEL signal should be mapped. Example: signalpagel = 0xD7. In 
this case PAGEL should be mapped to PORTD7.
