Pools the status byte, and loops until Toshiba Glcd module is ready.

Toshiba Glcd module needs to be initialized. See the T6963C_Init routine.

T6963C_WaitReady();

Nothing.

Fills controller memory block with given byte.

Parameters :

: starting address of the memory block

: length of the memory block in bytes
