Ω and above. <amplitude> may be
specified in µA (ua).

For resistance temperature measurements ([SENSe:]FUNCtion:TEMPerature)
the Current Source SCP must be set as follows:

When *CAL? is executed, the current sources are calibrated on the range
selected at that time.

When Accepted: Not while INITiated
•
Related Commands: *CAL?, OUTP:CURR:AMPL?

If <channel> specifies an SCP which is not a Current Source, a +3007, "Invalid
signal conditioning plug-on" error is generated.
