Earth Leakage test
Has to be measured using an electrical safety tester as per IEC601.
Measure earth leakage with the earth probe of the tester on the
heaterplate. Earth leakage current is measured at normal operating
voltage and frequency of supply.
Should be 0.5 mA maximum in no fault condition.
