Pointer to the Internet protocol to use to return 
status messages to the connected client 
process. Valid

VSID_SOCKADDR_IN 
(VST_SOCKADDR_IN *) 

Pointer to the Internet socket address for the 
client process.

VSID_VERSION_NUMBER
