Name of the client dispatch routine to receive 
status for this request.

VSID_CONNECT_HANDLE

The connect handle that contains the 
enterprise callback address information of the 
enterprise whose connection to the VolServ 
system is broken.

(lowest) inclusive. The default priority value is 
15.

The RPC procedure number of the client 
process to disconnect from VolServ.
