• stuck together
• damaged in any way
• with stamps attached
• with windows, holes, perforations, cutouts or embossing
• with metal clasps, string ties or metal folding bars
• designed to be interlocked
• with nicked edges or bent corners
• with rough, wrinkled or laid finishes
• with any exposed adhesive, when the flap is in the sealed or closed posi-

❒ When storing paper, the following precautions should always be followed:
• Do not store paper where it will be exposed to direct sunlight.
• Avoid storing paper in humid areas (humidity: 70% or less).
• Store on a flat surface.
