  Perform the following 

procedure if you are 

replacing the CD-ROM, 

DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, or 

Zip drive.
8. Using a Phillips 

screwdriver, remove 

the drive carrier 

mounting screws.

9. Slide the drive(s) out of 

the carrier.

DVD-RAM drive is not as 

tall as the CD-ROM and
