Deleting a Confidential Mailbox
Follow this procedure to delete a confidential mailbox.

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels
➞ press [Data
Registration]

] until <3.FAX SETTINGS> appears

press [Set].

] until <6.FILE SETTINGS> appears

[Set]

] until <1.CONFIDNTL MAILBOX> appears

] until <3.DELETE FILE> appears
➞ press [Set].

Enter the two digit number of the confidential mailbox that
you want to delete using the numeric keys
you want to delete using the numeric keys
➞ press [Set].
You can also press [
▼] or [▲] to select a confidential mailbox number.
