OPERATION
Drop-out Delay
While scanning, the uh049sx stops at a busy channel and receives a signal. When
the received signal is over, the unit will wait for 3 seconds for the return of the
signal, otherwise, the radio resumes scanning.

When Dual Watch function is active, PRI CH is watched every 1.5 seconds.
