The Polycom VVX 1500 D phone supports six registrations (x= 1 to 6).
Edit the reg parameter as shown below (to reflect the registered lines that you

want to appear on the phone).

• Select the line on the VVX 1500 D phone that the Polycom CMA system

provisions.

Enter the E164 extension into the appropriate reg.x.address field.
