Unlocks user’s calls.  When the user is required 
to provide authorization codes for outgoing calls, 
this code allows them to “unlock” this 
requirement.  Having unlocked code activation, 
the user in no longer prompted for an 
authorization code and their calls proceed without 
interruption.

Sustained Authorization Code 
Deactivation (calls locking) 

Locks user’s calls.  When the user dials this 
feature access code, the services that require 
authorization codes for outgoing calls return to 
their normal behavior and prompt the user for an 
authorization code.
