Auto Forwarding

forwards or copies messages not retrieved 
from one mailbox to another, after a specified 
period of time. This service is only available 
to subscribers. Class of Service programming 
determines the mailboxes that can use this 
feature. Messages marked as "private" cannot 
be forwarded.

Automated 
Attendant

answers incoming calls and routes those calls 
to the desired extension. The service can be 
assigned on a port-by-port basis and day/
night basis.

Broadcasting 
Messages

permit the system manager to deliver the 
same message to all VPS subscribers at the 
same time.

This feature is only available to the system 
manager.

Busy Coverage 
Mode

specifies how calls to the operator will be 
handled when the line is busy. The Busy 
Coverage options that are available include: 
Hold, No Answer Coverage, Call Waiting, 
and Disconnect Message.
