Adding a user and a PIN
You can attribute the handheld’s PIN to a specific user when you
add the user to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. If you haven’t
already done so, connect the cradle to a COM port at the PC,
ensuring that it has been detected by the server. (For details, see

In the BESAdmin window for the appropriate BlackBerry
Enterprise Server, click Add to Server. A list of registered Lotus
Notes users appears.
