2 Safety
To ensure the safe and proper installation of the oxygen holder, these instructions and 
warnings MUST be followed.
Check ALL parts for shipping damage. If shipping damage is noted, DO NOT use. 
Contact carrier/dealer for further instruction.

hardware is tightened securely - otherwise injury or damage may result.
ACCESSORIES WARNING
Invacare products are specifically designed and manufactured for use in conjunction with 
Invacare accessories. Accessories designed by other manufacturers have not been 
tested by Invacare and are not recommended for use with Invacare products.
INSTALLATION WARNING
The installation of the oxygen holder onto the back of the scooter seat significantly 
increases the length of the scooter. When turning the scooter or swiveling the scooter 
seat, it is important to take note of this increased length - otherwise, injury and/or 
damage to the surrounding property may result.
