AFTER POWER CYCLE TO RE-
PROGRAM THE PHONE”, press the 
Left Soft Key 

 Ok to continue. 

4. Enter the Lock Code (the last four 

digits of your telephone number), 
then press the Left Soft Key

to reset the phone.
